Leadership Experience creates community for highly-driven Christian marketplace leaders that understand their unique challenges and share their drive for greatest potential.

What We Do.

We know that life is hard.

And, leaders within the workplace oftentimes have major expectations placed upon them. Whether it be from their staff, family, community, or even church. The decisions that they must make may be daunting or even lonely. Decisions, such as an 80 hour work week may be questioned for its necessity. Or, affirmed if it is honoring to God and others.

So, how do they navigate circumstances like this and understand what the outcome may be? Because if they don’t seek out an answer and instead become rooted in their own siloed world, the world’s definition of power, success, and even their own worth can replace who they are called to be.

As we are all created in the Imago Dei, we are all called to yearn, hope for, and to ultimately need more.

This is where the Leadership Experience comes in.

While being known and loved, leaders within this community flourish together and ensure that others do as well.

We give sacrificially for the good of others. We seek creative ways to share our time, resources, and influence in order to inspire more generosity.

We live out our Faith fully in leadership, work, and everyday life, rejecting the divide between sacred and secular. We don't compartmentalize our lives - and seek to always align our beliefs to our behavior.
